As the software development support co-ordinator you will be a competent, experienced and highly skilled technical professional from a development or system support background. Comfortable with the full project development life-cycle and able respond to support requirements as needed.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers so strong customer service skills are essential as the position will co-ordinate support for SMART’s software products, resolve technical queries where possible or escalate any issues to the development team. Responsible for the service delivery management of SMART Global Solutions software you will be experienced in delivery of new and modified software releases.
The role will provide additional support to our customer base through occasional user based training sessions and occasional overseas travel opportunities exist however the majority of work will be based at the company offices in Maidenhead.
The successful candidate must be able to work both as a team member and un-supervised as the work requires. Additionally, being a small but growing organisation, flexibility in working hours and a positive attitude are essential, as is the need to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
