Incidents and accidents can be reported and tracked online through the SMART Occurrence module. These forms can be custom built providing full flexibility when tailoring what information is captured.Once submitted, an occurrence is tracked using a formal process with clearly defined stages. All occurrence assessments will link with SMART Risk Manager to assist with analysing a company's SMS strategy and highlight any necessary changes to maximise company safety and minimise potential risk in various areas of their business.
